Job Title : Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager  Work Location : Noida  Function /Department: Legal   Reports to : (DGM - Legal)  Work Experience : 4-8 years  CTC Band : Negotiable  Minimum Qualification : LL.B  Preferred Industry / Preferred Company : Legal  Job Responsibilities :  - Drafting, execution of Technical Agreements, Collaboration Agreements and Cross Border Agreement.  - Handling Litigation  - Drafting of Suits, Legal notices, reply to the Legal Notices, evidences, etc.  - Handling general matters of Legal  - Assessment of business risks in legal disputes and to advise management accordingly, to enable them to take appropriate decisions on time.  - Key responsible person for maintaining/ looking after all the Technical contracts and legal agreements of the company.  - Interacting and negotiating with third parties providing technical related services to the company   - Responsible for handling legal matters/legal practices to secure the best interests of the organization.  Key Skill Sets Required :  - Quick learner who adapts to the Environment easily.  - Good interpersonal communications  - Should have prior experience of any Technology / Software software Company.  Salary offered: 6 + LPA
