Director - UX

Opportunity for an UX Director with Tier 1 Company-Bangalore

- 15 - 20 years of total experience.

Experience : Core UX Analyst and designer with years of range could be 6 -12

- 100% hands-on UX Analysis, design and implementation, engages with the development team/stakeholders/Business and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers- business problem/goals.

- Experience working on large web App (not web site) UX/UI analysis, design and implementation.

- Overall responsibility for understanding a customer's brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.

- Develops understanding of the end users of the application through secondary and primary UX research and Analysis. Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.

- Prepares low fidelity prototypes of App/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brain storming.

- Presents high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the customer for review/iteration/approval.

- Keep the interface beautiful and easy to use. Direct the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements on existing applications

- Act as the user-advocate during the proposal, envision, sales presentation, development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offer implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective

- Act as go to with in-depth knowledge of UX best practices and standards.

- Capable of keeping in mind technical feasibility aspects during prototyping.

- Participate in UX Business design.
