Qualifications: Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering   Preferred: Master’s Degree in Engineering  Experience:   - Minimum 15 years in Aeronautical Industry in Engineering Role  - Minimum 5 years in Service Industry delivering Technical Publications to Aeronautical Clients in Managerial   Role.  - Proficiency in Aeronautics/Aerospace with experience in leading 150+FTE atleast.   - Should understand Technical Publications well. Should have managed large P&L. Executive presence is very key for this role.   - Lead India Delivery to Client in Brazil with the team of Technical Writers  - Develop and maintain client-business relationship and ensure regular billing and Cash Flow  - Develop creative solutions for Client in tech pubs and pursue business expansion opportunities with client  - Identify and implement product and process improvements to enhance India Team’s service delivery  - Identify, evaluate and define the action plans and schedules to minimize risks to completion of the publications  - Participate in client presentations where appropriate  Neha Vertical lead ITES
