About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational organization in the financial services sector with prominent presence across Europe and Asia. In line with their strategic growth plans in India they are looking to hire a Director Talent Acquisition to develop and manage the recruitment process and system for the organization.

Job Description :

- Reporting to the VP - HR, as a member of the leadership team you will be responsible for Conceptualizing and creating efficient recruitment processes and system. Efficient use of automation to drive effective and scalable recruitment processes.

- Providing leadership, planning and direction to the Talent Acquisition team in line with the objectives of the organization.

- Leading your resourcing team to deliver a first class staffing service and be ultimately responsible for defining and developing corporate talent sourcing strategies, comprehensive staffing policies, procedures and initiatives across the region.

- You will act as a true business partner and be involved in leadership development and executive recruitment and will monitor management succession by building effective partnerships with key stakeholders across functions.

- Driving performance management, succession planning, and the implementation of effective human resources strategies and procedures to enhance execution, delivery and employee satisfaction levels.

The Successful Candidate :

- This is a challenging role that will suit a seasoned and energetic HR professional eager to have an impact on the organization's development.

- The successful candidate will be a degree-educated HR professional with over 8 years relevant experience, including at least 6 years focusing in recruitment and management capacity.

- Vital to this role is the ability to work in a fast paced environment where the successful candidate will be required to lead and manage a wide range of strategic projects.

- A strong client focused approach coupled with a flexible and resourceful style and the confidence to influence key decision makers will be critical. Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.
