Operations Lead for Chennai responsible for managing the Security, Advisory, Operations supporting Asia Pacific & America's regions, and providing Leadership, Collaboration, People Management.  Job Description:  - Ensure strong in country footprint, roles and responsibilities for consistent service delivery, & managing teams supporting Asia Pacific & America's Regions.  - Lead the strategic deliveries in line with Business strategies supporting Asia Pacific & America's regions  - Drive the process simplification initiatives to realize the process efficiency and also automate the processes to improve productivity  - Manage and Exercises control over sizable resources / budget, policy formulation and planning and provides significant contribution to the future strategy of Operations out of India  - Build working relationships with key customers to facilitate change and enhance the services provided  - Manage the Operational delivery KPIs and also site level KPIs  Qualifications:-  - 15+ years of which 7-9 years in Operational process management in Private Banking & Wealth management Operations  - Ability to handle pressure, Strong interpersonal skills required for frequent multi-level interaction  - Competence in Risk & Control, detailed knowledge of financial markets and regulations, ability to identify and mitigate emerging risks  - Leadership skills; strong communication and presentation / public speaking skills  - Individual must posses strong analytical skill to lead the change of the processes in Operations. Able to analyze some of the current process and work on refining the processes to optimize and increase the efficiency  - Extensive experience supporting the Operations for UHNW groups and strong knowledge about the products and services such as Banking Operations; Client Support Services; Security and Advisory Operations; Capital Markets Operation
