About our Client - Our client is a FMCG MNC expanding rapidly towards creating a strong global presence. They are widely regarded as a preferred employer, and are globally recognized for their innovative product portfolio. They have established a significant presence in the Indian market over the years and are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Director, based out of their HQ in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the MD, and as a part of the Management Committee, you will be responsible for :

- Defining and implementing the overall SCM Strategy for the company.

- Further, you will also be responsible for leading key initiatives across the function, thereby achieving operational efficiency.

- You will be managing a large team across different functions (Procurement, Planning, Logistics etc).

The Successful Candidate :

- You will have 15 years of experience across different functions (Logistics, Procurement, Sourcing etc) in supply chain.

- Experience in the FMCG industry is a must.

- The client is looking for someone with the ability to manage a large team and drive supply chain projects end to end.

- You should have the experience of managing the P&L, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
