Director/Senior Director – Treasury & Financial Markets advisory

This role is with a boutique Investment Banking firm offering financial advisory services based out of Mumbai. A key prerequisite for the candidate is to have proven Treasury and Financial Markets skills. The ideal candidate should have strong existing relationships with Indian Corporates having advised them on Rates, Foreign Exchange, Credit and should be in a position to migrate his existing relationships to the firm. Senior Candidates having relevant experience with Indian Financial Advisory firms such as Mecklai, Indiaforex, Greenback, etc are encouraged to apply.

KRAs:

Responsible for the development and performance of the Business

- Being a key member of the Advisory services, you will act as the focal point for guidance and assistance in development of the FX, Rates and trade finance advisory business of the Company

- Provide advice on relevant treasury management models and practices as it relates to Cash management, liquidity management, risk management and other treasury related matters

- Assist clients in the design or reengineering of their treasury functions

- Define, own and lead sales advisory practice of the Company

Qualifications & Skills:

- Expert Knowledge of Financial Markets

- Comprehensive Balance sheet analysis form a risk perspective

- Understanding of Value at Risk (VaR) and Hedge Accounting

- Highly strategic, consultative and solutions orientation with the ability to play an advisory role

- Strong working knowledge of processes and practices pertaining to treasury management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Exceptional relationship management skills

- Proactive, Self Starter with a results driven mindset
