Talent Power Consulting is an executive search firm associated with clients in Information Technology, Oil and Gas Industry, Retail, Logistics, Consumer Goods, Consumer Durable, Engineering, Automotive R&D and Design Centres etc.   We have been retained by a reputed IT MNC seeking a Senior talent for their Healthcare Consulting Practice based at Chennai.  Role: Director/Senior Consultant - US Healthcare Payer Domain  Headquarter Location: Chennai, India  - The Key responsibilities for this role is to Provide healthcare subject matter expertise in cross-functional consulting engagements and establish /enhance executive level relationships and reference-ability to develop business from new healthcare clients or additional business from existing healthcare clients  - Contribute to revenue / lead generation through business development initiatives and consulting assignments  - Expand and refine the healthcare consulting services portfolio of frameworks / methodologies with prevailing best practices, inputs from practice leads and Customer feedback from consulting engagements  - Lead and deliver time-bound onsite assessment projects involving deep business and domain understanding  - Provide advisory support to ongoing consulting projects and solution offerings  Education:  - Preferably an Engineering Graduate with relevant IT industry experience (MBA preferable)  Minimum Work Experience Required :  - 15 - 18 years industry experience (at least 10 years in the United States Healthcare Payer Industry expertise)  - Preference to candidates with certification.  - Should have excellent communication and exposure towards US international clients would be a plus
