Looking for a sector specialist in Energy/oil &gas/ thermal/coal/ power  - Be accountable for the successful growth and reputation of the practice by driving business development activities including bid proposal and management.Ensure consistent high quality project delivery by actively managing the senior client interfaces, taking responsibility for project delivery leading and delivering multiple engagements and taking full responsibility for the output  - Directing and managing consultants and resources on project/BD activities.  - People management and development.  - Management and contribution to the development of junior staff  - Strong academic background (either CA/ACA, ACCA qualified or MBA)  - Minimum of 14+ years of relevant experience gained in either corporate roles, strategy consultancy, or similar analytical/ deal experience  - Strong financial analysis and skills.  - Credible record of operating at a senior management/board level  - Experience of leading project teams and running proposals  - Ability to identify critical data and data sources  - Strong written and verbal communication skills  - Energetic and results-focused
