Roles & Responsibilities:

- A key person to support the needs of the business by working closely with the President & CEO to develop a detailed Sales, marketing and communication strategy to drive Sales of the Hospitality Vertical and then lead the implementation of key elements of that strategy to deliver business results and support hotels.

- As a functional leader of all our Sales and marketing efforts, the person in this position is responsible for ensuring a close and effective alignment of Sales & marketing activities with operational and leadership colleagues across the other functions of the hotel group

Job Specification:

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Marketing Communications or Equivalent. Masters is a Plus.

Experience: 8 to 10 years experiences in Marketing Communications with at least 3 years experiences as the functional leader for a multi hotel / branded hotel operator

Skills: Director, Hotel, Hospitality, Resort, Sales, Marketing

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Should be fluent in Developing Sales & Marketing Strategies and a person who could think Out-Of-The-Box.

- Professional level skills in proposal and publications development with writing and editing experience.

- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and has excellent Power Point Presentation Skills.

- Experience in Bangalore Market is a must

- Experience in Branding and Positioning of Hotels

- Experience in Public Relations
