Candidate Profile:

Candidates from 92 - 02 batches from companies that have been growing very fast and only from FMCG sector.

Person having experience in a start-up would have an added advantage.

Should have 10-20 yrs of strong exposure in sales & marketing, out of which atleast 2-3 years experience should be in Marketing function.

In Marketing candidate should have more experience in BTL activities, on ground activities, promotions etc.

Job profile:

- Achievement of Sales Targets.

- Manage the National Sales Team.

- Working on sales budgets, and expenses, and promotional spending in line with overall company objectives.

- Work on a national marketing strategy by brand.

- Identify key growth drivers by brand.
