For F&B Segment
- Define and implement the strategy for Segment growth and market share at sub-segment level
- Drive Segment growth through focus on a) One SE portfolio b) various sub-segments c) sales engines of KAMs / BU team / Proximity sales teams
- Define appropriate execution model for specific sub-segment
- Develop ecosystem for execution that consists of contractors, panel builders and system integrators
- Develop and implement plant for winning share in highly diffused sub-segments across remote geography
Need some one who have experience in Products related Energy efficiency into FMCG segment only
Experience in national level marketing and sales preferable in execution on vertical
Experience of managing solution (long lead) as well as transaction sales
Familiarity with F&B Segment
Familiarity with account management and specialized channel management
