Our client, a Global Giant in the automotive sector, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join their team in KSA. Playing a pivotal role along with the GM you would be responsible for building up and managing the company's sales organization to achieve its national sales volume, market share, and profit objectives according to the annual business plans.  The current market share is significant and has potential for growth inspite of the market conditions.  Key accountabilities : You would be accountable for the sale & marketing functions. Identifying the gaps in the current system you would accordingly work on addressing the same, Build up the sales organization team including hiring and on-boarding a high-performing sales team, defining and implementing the national account and retail sales strategy, and building good working relationships with sales partners across channels.Manage sales budget planning and reporting, including supporting and challenging sales teams in developing budget proposals and consolidating overall sales annual budget plan, obtaining all necessary inputs and finalizing annual sales budget to obtain required approvals.  You would also be responsible for developing annual media strategies & plans in line with overall business objectives and marketing plans while managing the media planning in coordination with the Creative agency, including identifying or maximizing strong marketing opportunities.   Job requirements: Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in automotive sales and management of lagre sales teams & should have managed sales of units in excess of 50k.   KSA experience preferred but not a must have !   Your leadership ability and relevant industry knowledge is critical . Along with a track record of reaching aspirational sales targets  Position open for oversee candidates too
