They have plans to grow rapidly and are looking for a Very Senior Sales Professional to Head National Sales for all Business Verticals and be based in Delhi. The position reports to the Global Head of Sales in the parent company Head-Office. Job-Description

Job Profile: The incumbent will Head the National Sales Function and be responsible for delivering topline & bottomline agreed results. Will have a large team reporting into it. Expected to handle a large annual business turnover (over $600 million).

KRAs:

Drive business targets (Revenues, Expenses, Profitability)

Create and execute marketing strategies for different product verticals

Major Accounts Management by supporting break-through into targeted enterprises by ensuring alignment with market, and attending specific relevant regional external events

Understand and articulate market-specific customer needs to create and deliver relevant service offerings

Achieve the business goals across all verticals

Candidate Profile: Preferably (not necessarily) Engineer + MBA aged 43-50 with 20-28 years experience of which recent 5-10 years must be at Senior Levels in IT / Telecom organisations and handling annual business volumes of at least $ 400 million. Must have strong Leadership, Strategic & Financial Capabilities and must have led large teams catering to all verticals including Corporate / Government / Education etc.
