Director - Sales - IT Solutions

A very large IT services and KPO wishes to hire its Sales Director for India.

- The incumbent would be responsible for Sales & Account Management for the organisation.

- Responsible for driving new business for SAP and Analytics products & solutions in the region in addition to managing existing customers.

Specific KRAs include :

- Develop new Client relationships and manage those effectively including qualifying prospects, creating sales presentations, joint sales calls, and proposals to end - user prospects etc.

- Manages relationships and execute account plans and joint sales calls with SAP Sales organization.

- Leverage industry expertise to influence client in resourcing strategies.

- Participate in Account planning and forecasting activities.

- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Candidate profile :

- He should be adept at winning strategic multi-million dollar deals and creating lasting relationships at the 'CXO' level and customer accounts in the international as well as domestic markets .

Qualifications and skills required :

- Experienced sales professional with strong background in Telecom Billing and / or SAP Enterprise selling.

- Bachelors / Management Graduate with 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business application / IT Solutions.

- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast -paced, consultative and competitive market.

- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.

- Experience in Outsourcing and offshoring project cycle.

- In-depth understanding of the geography / subcontinent.

- Relationship with key SAP stakeholders in the region.

- Industry experience in achieving or overachieving revenue targets of 5M+ is required.

- Experience selling HYBRIS services will be an added advantage
