Key Duties:  - Ensuring the maintenance of fantastic customer service.  - Business Development.  - Responsibility for delivering the Bank's brand and business model throughout the region.   - Creating a portfolio of Banking Customers via several different means of promotion.  - Autonomous control of business development, operational budgets and marketing schemes in order to successfully complete agreed objectives.  - Key Account Management which includes responsibility over lending decisions.  - Key Account understanding to help deliberate over important decisions - e.g. lending.  Essential Criteria:  - Excellent communication with undoubtedly strong customer and client relationship management skills.   - Unprecedented customer service focused philosophy.  - A tangible and successful track record in all types of lending with demonstrable examples illustrating capability of making effective lending decisions at all levels.  The role requires the delivery of both the brand and business model throughout the region. You will achieve this through business development.   - You will be responsible for creating a portfolio of Banking Customers through business development.
