Please apply only if you have relevant experience.   Educational Background : Economics Graduate with Masters in domains such as energy - oil and gas, power or MBA from reputed institution.  Work Experience / Exposure :  - Minimum 12-15 years of experience either in corporate or national /international institution with understanding of energy domains -Research & Report Making and Project Management etc.  - Thorough understanding of policy issues / sector needs and trends -Strong analytical, excellent drafting, presentation and Business development skills  - Ability to effectively work in a team as well as individual contributor under short deadlines   - Should be able to build and manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders.   - Strong leadership and intellectual abilities.   - Team Management Skills and Crisis resolution  - Good communication skills (Written / Verbal)  Specific key areas / Scope of the job :  - Research & Report Creation, Sound knowledge on energy sector handled in terms of policy aspects, industry trends and future outlook. Ability to understand current issues and concern areas for industry.   - Articulation of the same with policy makers with relevant facts and figures.  Policy Advocacy :   - To deal with key policy issues and industry concerns on specific sectors handled and work with Government on providing industry inputs.  - To address member / industry concerns on various policy matters, To participate in Government meetings across sectors handled.
