Internationally they have offices in New Delhi, India, and London, England   Job Description:   Reporting to the AVP - HR, you will be responsible for:   - Managing the entire recruitment portfolio for India technology divisions   - Working with technology managers and division heads in understanding the business needs, prioritizing open positions, and developing and executing recruitment strategies.   - Maturing the current technology recruitment team and coaching team members on identifying qualified candidates for technology roles, conducting candidate interviews, scheduling onsite interviews, and presenting and negotiating employment offers.   - Work closely with both India and US based technology management to determine hiring needs of the organization   - Providing expertise and thought leadership on successful talent acquisition and management   - Developing and executing detailed hiring strategies for attracting talent with top-notch technology skills and the right personality   - Identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications   - Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company image to candidates and external service providers   - Apply thorough knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting to fill positions quickly   - Network within the technology sector to develop candidate flow   The Successful Applicant:   As a successful applicant, you have 10+ years of experience performing full life-cycle technology recruiting, at least 5 years of which are in a fast-paced SaaS or software product company. You have the ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the technology team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed. You come from a corporate recruiting position with a fast growth company, or have an agency background in permanent placements.
