Position - Director Project Advisory (Airport).

Location - Mumbai.

Qualification - MBA.

Job Role

As a part of the project development team, to assess the financial viability of primary & secondary market infra projects.

Scanning the secondary market for Airport projects for identifying suitable acquisition opportunities.

Development of suitable investment structures within the existing legal and regulatory framework in terms of their tax and repatriation efficiency.

Assisting the client in achieving financial close for the projects by working with them on transaction structuring, term sheet negotiations, syndication activities and legal documentation.

Providing advisory services for PPP projects entailing vetting of the concession/project agreements, preparation of excel spreadsheets for financial analysis and recommending suitable financing structures.
