A product company into Predictive Analytics is looking for a Director for its product engineering team. Only candidates from product companies are eligible to apply]  The (Sr.) Director of Product Engineering, will report to the VP Assisted Services, with specific responsibilities including:  - Developing Multi-Channel Multi Modal Assisted Customer Experience Platform by working closely with Product Management and Data Sciences teams  - Building highly scalable SaaS driven enterprise products using open source technologies and deploying them in the cloud in collaboration with Production and Network Operations.  - Hiring, developing, motivating & retaining top notch product development team.  - Practicing Agile development methodologies to deliver business value in an iterative fashion  - Providing strong technical leadership in product architecture, design and implementation keeping in view future scalability of services, solutions, and products in a rapidly changing, highly competitive marketplace.  - Ensuring successful deployment of Predictive Assisted Experience solutions for our clients by working closely with the delivery teams  - Ensuring timely delivery of products as per pre-established release schedules.  - Collaborating with Product Management, Data Sciences Group, Sales/Marketing and other internal constituents to anticipate future market opportunities and develop commercially viable software products to maintain Company's leadership, market and product positioning.  Qualification and Experience:  - Masters or PhD in Computer Science from a reputed university  - Must demonstrate a history of successfully managing the development of large scale enterprise software products from inception to market  - A substantial track record of success in bringing innovative software products to market is a must  - Industry-relevant experience in the following areas required: web scale technologies, large platform architecture & cloud computing / SaaS as well as building application experiences catering to consumers as well as business & technical users  - At least 12 - 18 years of professional experience gained in software development and management with at least 5 to 8 years of managing large product development organizations.  - Ability to run a highly talented development team to deliver as per aggressive release timelines in an environment where “time to market” is extremely critical to establish our leadership  - Ability to maintain "big picture" focus and lead the product development organization accordingly in a rapidly evolving marketplace  - Strong interpersonal and communications skills; highly persuasive, Outstanding leadership and team-building skills  - Strong business acumen with focus on providing delightful Customer Experience technology solutions while simultaneously catering to various business operations users in the backend.
