Our client is a leading financial services setup with global operations. They are an esteemed brand within the global BFSI industry and always strive to recruit the best talent. With the current expansion in their global operations,they are looking for a seasoned professional for their setup in Delhi NCR.

Description :

Reporting to the India Head, you shall lead the global payables & sourcing teams of about 60+ professionals :

- Responsible for accounting for all vendor and expense related payments & key supplier relationships

- Assume complete ownership and end to end delivery

- Ensure high quality delivery of "BAU" outputs including Accounting and AP sub ledger close, payment of vendor invoices and managing external/internal audits.

- Establish a strong control environment and driving improvements & standardisation of processes

- Create and embed a culture of continuous improvement, using Lean methodology

- Build a strong customer ethos,partnering with the onshore teams and proactively contributing to decision making

- Contribute to the strategy setting and actively collaborating with key stakeholders

- Create a culture of high energy, trust and collaboration across the extended teams, leveraging Lean and other best practice management tools

- Very strong stakeholder management and ability to focus on risk and controls

- Simplify and streamline work to reduce complexity

Profile :

- Senior professional with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience

- Significant experience in leading large teams in a global/matrix environment

- Ability to identify, build and enhance key relationships at a senior level, influencing and challenging as required

- Experience in leading and successfully delivering major change initiatives

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Good understanding of operational risk and expert knowledge of controls and processes
