Roles & Responsibilities:

- A key role and a member of the Executive Committee who works closely with the President and the CEO to develop, establish standards and to create customer delight for all the existing and new hotels under the hospitality Division.

- The candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple hotels through maintaining cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations.

Job Specification:

Educational Qualification: IHM / BHM Graduate

Experience: 15+ Years

Skills: Director, Operations, Hotel, Hospitality, Resort

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should be an IHM / BHM graduate with at least 15 years of experience, out of which at least 5 years as a General Manager of an upscale hotel (Not less than 150 rooms).

- Candidates who have handle a Multi property role/ Regional Role will be preferable.

- Candidates from Five star hotels / Groups desirable.
