Director / MD - Equity Advisory  The Director / Managing Director will be a senior member of our financial advisory team, responsible for independently originating business and leading relationships across our clients. Their key responsibility would be to explore new business opportunity, sectors and work towards the brand building of Co. This position presents an excellent opportunity to have a leadership role at the firm and become a trusted financial advisor to our target clients.  - Oversee deal execution across a variety of industry sectors and products, including structuring capital market solutions and advising clients on M&A matters. Strong deal execution skills across transaction types   - Manages client relationship and expectation through deal execution   - Originate business from clients across the existing clients and new clients.  - Strong finance, tax and legal knowledge in international capital markets. Actively teaches these to junior colleagues   - Develop and maintain a strong network of client and investor relationships which add value to the franchise  - Finds creative capital market solutions to client needs   - Lead the development of new product capabilities, industry sector coverage and / or lines of business  - Interface with regulators and other government bodies, as necessary  - Effectively represent firm in public forums, including industry conferences  - Train, develop and mentor junior resources at the firm  Our Client is a Social Investment Bank to accelerate the development of the capital markets for entrepreneurial businesses serving low-income populations in Asia and eventually globally.
