About the Client :  - Our client is amongst the top 10 education groups in country offering programs from KG to PG across Engineering, Medicine, Management, Media, Films and Television, Civil Services Training and innovative School of Governance.   - Today after 32 years of excellence Group has 64 institutions with more than 6,500 teaching and non-teaching personnel catering educational needs of more than 50000 thousand students in more than 12 campuses all over Maharashtra.  - The group has also conducted various national level initiatives involving students, teachers, thought makers & policy makers which are aimed at creating sustainable social change through the social engineering.   - The group is planning to expand its educational as well as social activities and looking for team of accomplished professionals to make this happen.   About the Marketing Division :  The group's marketing division is responsible for the marketing and promotions of its group institutes as well as social initiatives undertaken by the group across multiple channels.   About the Role :  Designation : Director Marketing and Promotions  Reports to : Sr. Director Strategy and Operations   Functional Responsibility : Marketing, Branding, Digital Marketing, Promotions, Communication, PR  Location : Pune, MH  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Conceptualization and execution of the group's marketing and promotional strategy   - Crafting a web strategy, managing and making a greater use of emerging technologies including digital marketing and social media  - Complete responsibility for keeping up group's reputation as an institute known for quality, reliability, and satisfaction, through an effective promotion and branding of the Group  - Manage communication across the multiple channels print, web, social media, PR etc. to ensure consistent messaging and branding   - Handled branding, marketing and promotions of the group's events   - Work closely with the admission heads for the respective institutes to meet the admissions targets through marketing and promotional activities   - Responsible for media buying, media relations and advt. managing media agency and all the collateral related to institutes as well as events   - Handle the institute's relationships with outside stakeholders which includes vendors, international institutes and NGO organizations.   What you should have :   - Master's Degree in Management from tier-1 tier-2 B schools (Full Time Program)   - 10+ years experience of which at-least 3 years in education industry   - Experience of handling print, digital and event route of promotions   - Go-getter and ability to make things happen with minimal support   - Collaborator who can work with stakeholders across institutes, events etc.   - Experience of handling event marketing would be plus   - Excellent communication skills
