Desired Profile:  - 5+ years of Sales and Marketing experience, with atleast 1.5 years of brand management experience;  - Experience in the space of buying media. Preferably with budgets over 10 crores per year.  - Experience across BTL, ATL spends  - Preferably managed a team of 3 or more;  - Full Time MBA from IIM or above.  - Experience in FMCG  - Experience in the digital domain is a plus;  Key Skills:  - Strong understanding of brand management  - Experience in having built and executed a brand is a plus;  - Strong understanding of media buying.  - Ability to work across business partners  - Ability to strategize as well as work hands on  - Articulate. Ability to communicate and listen.  - Analytically savvy. Ability to closely monitor and influence all key metrics.  Responsibilities:  - Responsible for defining the brand for cabs and all its product / category lines;  - Ensuring the brand gets communicated in the right way across all consumer touch points consistently  - Responsible to drive the entire ATL presence to achieve the brand building objectives  - Drive the right BTL and activation exercises with the  - Responsible for all customer engagement and brand building in the digital medium (Social, Content)  - Drive continuous consumer research to help understand the profile of our customers  - Work closely with the city, product and other functional teams to help plan, design and execute the right marketing campaigns to achieve their revenue / business objectives  - Work closely with the strategic alliances function to help form the right partnerships for brand building and lead generation  - Work closely with the Digital marketing - Performance team to achieve the brand and performance objectives;  - Choosing and working with the right partners to be able to achieve the key responsibilities
