Director - Life & Annuities - Insurance Operations

Role is spear head the Life & Annuities - Insurance Operations for a leading No 1 ITES Brand for Multiple large accounts globally.

- Handling service delivery of 700+ FTEs in Life & Annuities - Insurance BPO Operations spread across multiple centers in India, Manilla and CEBU

- Managing completed Line of Business with large PnL Accountability, operations scalability, stake holder management and handling enabling functions like Process excellence, Transformation, Transition etc.

Candidate expectations :

- He / She should be a seasoned leader from TIER 1 BPOs having relevant experience in handling Life & Annuities Insurance Operations globally.

- Should have catered to US Insurance players, with strong familiarity about US regularities etc. A strategic thinking leader having accolades in business expansion, showcasing evident profits and revenue growth etc.

- Strong BPO L&A Insurance leader and no leaders from Core Insurance industries will be preferred.
