At this time we have the position of Solutions Leader at Director Level

Location: Delhi NC

Job description:

- Personally driving large and complex IT Software Services/consulting, deals with leading hi tech clients and prospects

- Personally leading the solutioning for large and complex deals and driving solutioning for all deals with leading hi tech clients and prospects

- Propose innovative solutions for client requirements and challenges

- Prepare winning responses for RFPs/ RFIs and Proactive proposals including lead qualification, presentation, proposals (including estimation), sales strategies and gather competitive information

- Provide effort estimations for work packages and coming up with innovative pricing models

- Helping the team to become thought leaders and partners to the client beyond driving strategic IT programs and play a key role in shaping their technology and business process agenda moving forward

- Creating a more sophisticated and centralized go to market approach that focuses on large / transformational engagements

- Engage in consulting engagements and projects as required to provide architecture support

- Teaming effectively with other key stakeholders within the hi tech vertical, as well as horizontal sector leadership

- Responsible for Hi Tech IT blueprinting, devising strategy for market leadership and ensuring execution to the build-out plan.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 13-20 years of total experience with at least 5 years experience as a Solutions Architect in the Hi Tech Industry.

- Proven track record of conceptualizing and architecting solutions in the Hi tech industry.

- Excellent Exposure to Pre Sales activities.

- Responsible for staying up to date on the developments and services related to Hi Tech IT Services and communicating that back to the larger team

- Ability to communicate confidently at the C-level to build meaningful internal and external relationships in both the technology and business organizations

- Good technical knowledge around the hi tech value chain, and able to connect with a variety of executive level stakeholders on their specific pain-points

- Ability to quickly ramp up, develop and present point of view on diverse technology areas.

- Conceptualization and development of Hi Tech specific IT solutions in line with the industry and/or client demands.

- Deep understanding of technology and trends effecting technology and the hi tech industry

- Aggressive, high-energy style to take advantage of opportunities and significantly impact the direction of the overall hi tech services practice yet a team player who wants to leverage the whole firm and is prepared to work with colleagues to build more than his/her own portfolio

- A quick study and self-starter leads with an impatience for the status quo and a true sense of urgency, a forward thinker constantly focused on shaping the practice to meet and anticipate both near and long-term business issues
