Job Responsibilities :  - Manage all corporate legal matters including commercial transactions, intellectual property, compliance issues, customer agreements, and employment related matters.   - Develop company policy and position on legal issues  - Manage disputes effectively  - Research, anticipate and protect company against legal risks  - Guide management and managers to ensure compliance with rules and regulations  Candidate Specifications :   - LLB/ LLM with at least 12 - 15 years of experience in ITES / IT industry   - Experience in cross-border transactions, financial services regulations and management of outside counsel   - Well versed with Indian relevant laws, regulators, exchanges and other such bodies  - Ability to establish credibility by providing solutions to business problems   - Ability to influence and persuade in decision making processes both internally and externally  - Ability to work with key business partners in order to maximize business results for all parties  - Ability to draft clear, professional and legally robust correspondence, contractual documentation, policies and other documentation  Suitable candidates may contact :  Tushar Uppal Antal International Call : +91 22 40634930
