Position: Director - Internal Audit (Banking/Financial Services)

Location: Gurgaon or Mumbai

Experience: 15+ years

Job Description:

Overall Responsibility:

- Responsible for development and leading the banking and financial services practice

- Responsible for hiring, developing and retaining the Bank/ Financial services team

Educational & Professional Credentials:

- Professional qualification

- 15+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry

- Certification such as FRM/PRM preferred

- Experience in Big 4 / similar consulting organization or industry

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- Exceptional market connect and networking skills

- In-depth understanding of the Banking/Financial service industry

- Excellent Consulting skills

- Proven Business Development Skills

Required Technical Knowledge & Skills:

- Detailed understanding of business processes and operations and related regulatory requirements in the banking industry

- Good knowledge of RBI guidelines

- Good understanding of financial regulations, Basel II/III guidelines and solvency norms

- Solid understanding of internal control concepts

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

Ability to Travel:

- Flexibility to travel at short notice
