Looking for candidates preferably from a consulting experience  Performance manage the entire Infrastructure team  - Support existing team leaders with project management, client management and team management  - Ensure high-quality outputs to onshore teams and clients  - Review technical documentation and client presentations  - Ensure the consistency of client models with project documentation and data books  Work with Leadership, Global Infrastructure and the Infrastructure Shareholder's Council consisting of the key partners leading the national infrastructure practices of our largest shareholders to:  - Set up and support the Infrastructure team strategy  We are seeking a solution-oriented, accountable individual with strong leadership and motivational skills.  He or she will ideally have:  - 13+ years of private or public sector experience working in infrastructure  - Four years of management/supervisory experience in a team-based environment   - Strong international knowledge of our core markets and the latest international business trends   - Strong written and oral communication skills.   - Strong ability to lead team towards organisational goals  - The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  - A Master's degree from an accredited college or university
