Duties include but are not limited to -
- Responsible for understanding business requirements and develops a comprehensive resolution plan
- Collaborates with global immigration vendors as required.
- Identifies and executes improvement / efficiency opportunities in the processes.
- Ensuring visa type used in aligned with activities and enable process checklists and flows available for new applicants
- Creates and disseminates weekly and monthly reports
- Assists with identifying requirements, implementing and maintaining creation of dashboard designs
- Rapid response to client needs
- On time process and requirements information sharing, Request Tracking, Appointment Booking and Tracking, Tracking Visa expirations and triggering renewals.
- Special projects as assigned.- Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, customer focused, and compliance minded.
Travel- Responsible for all Travel and related Logistics - accommodation / local travel etc.
- Should have at least 10 years Plus experience in handling travel
- Relationships with Travel agencies and Hospitality sector- Experience in handling international bookings desired
- Preparing of travel Budgets, based on inputs from business units
- Designing and implementation of policies
- Preparation of MIS Reports for Management study, travel spend and analysis
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Good exposure to relocation supports
Required - Bachelor's Degree.
- 12-15 years experience in Global Immigration, Visa Management & Consulate/Embassy Relationship
- At least 8 years experience in risk implications and mitigation of laws
- English: Fluent
- The candidate must have hands-on experience preferably have work experience in preparation of forms pertaining to filing of visa categories
- Experience in preparation of supporting letters and documentation for visa categories
