- Looking for a Seasoned HR Professional with in-depth experience ( 8 to 12 years) in business partnership, consulting and operation in Hi-Tech industry (IT/Semiconductor) organization.
- Proven success in driving strategic initiatives, managing employee relations, integrating staff and cultivating a positive organizational climate that attracts and retains employees.
- Perform the role of a Head HR Leader as well as the HR advisor to the organization dealing with organizational/business issues like Change Management, Talent Management, manpower planning and management coaching.
- Proven success introducing process improvement, recruitment programs, and staff development initiatives.
- Partnering with CEO in business transformation initiatives across business
- Capability to work with multiple Business Leaders in the Organization and be a catalyst in delivering HR solutions that support the specific needs and overall business objectives with bottom line focus.
- The successful incumbent must be - A self initiated go getter with exceptional problem analyzing skills; solving them timely in the most amicable manner quickly, creatively and in an unstructured changing environment.
- Must have a track record of high level of independence and maturity to manage multiple ongoing issues and complex employee relations matters with excellent execution.
