Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for HR Policy formulation & Implementation in the Organization.
- Establishes policies that seek to increase retention rates and foster employee job satisfaction and high morale.
- Reviews benefits and tries to maximize job satisfaction while keeping the cost of the benefits package under control.
- Responsible for people planning during start up and ramp up phases of business growth
- Key in charge of the Performance Management System
- Responsible for overseeing the preparation of job descriptions and compensation programs. Seeks incentive programs that encourage excellent performance and increase retention rates.
- Responsible for talent acquisition, performance and engagement.
- Responsible for compensation and benefits management
- Responsible for organization culture building - Creating competitive, friendly, learning organization.
- Responsible for developing and designing a competency development framework
- Constantly monitor - Recruitment, Confirmation, Promotion, Deputation and Retirement of employees.
- Responsible for developing career path plans
- Ensure the proper compliance of labour laws.
- To process visa / work-permit for associates travelling overseas.
- Responsible for implementing polices related to personnel security, in the organization
- Initiate appropriate action in concurrence with relevant Delivery Heads or Functional Heads in case of violation
