- Be responsible for identifying skills development gaps & requirements for the expanding workforce
- Delivery of capability development strategy
- Liaise with local authorities and engage with local communities
- Develop and operationalise strategy
- Develop a robust manpower plan and implement
- Liaise and manage key vendors to ensure valuable, quality service delivery
- Work closely with the HR shared Service team and the Area of Expertise to deliver operational HR Services
- Build and manage budgets to ensure Return on investment for the Business.
