Requirement : Our client is looking for a 10+ year's experienced individual with in depth knowledge and experience in the area of Human Capital Consulting where s/he has worked on Organization Design, Job Evaluation, Manpower Planning, Performance Management, HR Transformation, HR Technology. S/he must develop, grow & execute a book of business.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Premier B-school graduate with 10+ years of experience

- Thought, subject matter competency, and past experience in Human Capital consulting

- Ability and experience in engaging C-suite stakeholders internally and with client organisations

- Solutioning & execution excellence

- Should be ambitious and high on integrity
