Job Description  1. Will manage Pan-India Hub operations.  2. Responsible for manpower planning, budgeting, new initiatives, metrics adherence and overall performance.  3. Responsible for Inventory Planning and management.  5. Responsible for capacity planning and designing / redesigning of existing and new Hub facilities.  6. Work closely with Fulfilment and Retail Operations teams in reviewing and optimization of distribution and handling system for Goods.  7. Work with External Logistics experts to implement global Delivery/logistics initiatives in White Goods Handling System  8. Accountable for Delivery Centre and related asset management.  9. Accountable for Planning, Design, Operationalization of new optimized delivery networks and delivery flexibility with the help of central teams.  10. Drive continuous improvement and operationalize Business process Innovation.  11. Work closely with other Business Units in Flipkart in the process of strategic decision making.  12. Accountable for Delivery Quality assurance.  13. Work closely with ENG team to build strong technology/System/Processes  14. Financial budgeting & execution - PNL accountability of delivery operations pan India.  15. Develop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.  16. Make growth path/strategy for Business and team.  Suitable profile  1. Experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics sectors.  2. Should have worked in Warehouse management or Distribution center management or Logistics related functions in mid to senior roles.  4. B.E. is a must. MBA from top schools will be a good to have  Mandate  - Responsible for creating world class last mile delivery operations capability for all Goods.  - Developing Culture toward Deep Customer Service orientation in terms Handling, Response and Attitude towards customer.  - Responsible for creating efficient last mile delivery solution with maximum flexibility and minimized cost Build.  Customer Focus  - Responsible for customized enhanced delivery options to customer in terms of Goods handling, appointments etc.  - Responsible for customer delight in terms of Field Executive behaviour towards customer.  - Build a culture of ownership, empowerment and customer obsession.
