Role description - Group Finance Change Pune Head  As the head of Group Finance Change team in Pune the individual will be responsible for the overall performance of the team including governance, operating model, project and program delivery, people management and new capability buildout. The role will be required to :  - Work with the Group Finance Change global lead to refine and execute the location strategy and operating model for Group Finance Change function in Pune  - Work with the Group Finance Change functional leads to understand planned change programs, functional book of work, Pune deliverables and resourcing requirements  - Develop and manage the Pune Group Finance Change team, by engaging and grooming internal talent, ensuring suitable book of work assignment, hiring for new roles and filling gaps in organization structure via internal or external hiring  - Work with the Finance Change Pune lead and management team to build out the local capabilities and operating model, leveraging cross-functional resources and skills and making a shift towards project/program delivery ownership  - Delivery responsibility for one or more global projects/programs that involves all aspects of the delivery lifecycle including budget, resource plans, planning, execution and governance. Responsibility includes preparing for and running operating and steering committees.  - Engage with and influence stakeholders across various functions and locations to enable the implementation of various programs  - Play a key role in the People Agenda for FC Pune by leading one or more initiatives focused in that area  Experience required  - 18+ years of experience in Financial Services Industry.  - Experience in a Change function driving large impact change/transformation programs  - Experience in a CFO function preferable  - Demonstrated capability of building and growing functional teams  - Proven experience managing mid to large teams including off-site teams  - Strong senior stakeholder management experience.  - Strong communication ability (verbal & written).  - Ability to present information succinctly.  - Strong attention to detail and highly analytical and creative.  - Excellent team player (displays enthusiasm, confidence & commitment).  - Ability to work independently and with colleagues in other locations  - Excellent MS Excel, Access, Project and PowerPoint skills.
