Client Details :

Our client is one of the leading player in the Healthcare & Life sciences space. They are expanding rapidly and have acquired a niche and reputed name in certain product categories of their portfolio. Based out of Mumbai at their India headquarter they are currently looking to hire their Finance Director.

Job Description :

Reporting to MD and functionally to the region, you will be responsible for :

- Active business partnering with the MD

- Finance, accounts, tax and compliance function of the Company

- Managing a ZERO tolerance environment for internal controls, corporate governance and statutory compliances

- Handling all accounts related activities including finalization of annual accounts, direct and indirect taxes compliance, statutory audits, costing and budgeting

- Putting in place high quality systems and processes specifically in inventory management and receivables management

- Tax and corporate compliances i.e. Income tax, service tax, VAT, Companies Act

- Working closely with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, tax advisors, etc.

- Sharing reports with the Board Audit Committee and maintaining a high quality governance environment including internal controls, clean ledgers, timely closures

Profile :

Ideally you have 10-15 years of experience in FMCG/Healthcare and Life Sciences/Manufacturing/Pharma MNC and are well versed with managing International reporting relationships in a matrix organization.

- You have a success track record in managing complete finance controllership function and have also managed sizeable teams. You can stand your ground in board meetings and discussions and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
