About our Client - Our client is a multi-billion dollar global telecommunications and media company. They offer voice, data, enterprise solutions, cloud services, mobile, internet access other entertainment products. With India being a strategic growth market, they are looking at considerable growth in the India market and are thus looking for their Enterprise Sales Director for them in India, based out of Bangalore.

Job Description - Reporting to the Country Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible to :

- Establish and communicate the vision, strategy and tactical plans for growth to enterprise customers in India.

- Build company's profile as the preferred provider of managed network services and NAS to key Enterprise customers globally.

- Maintain a solid network of key business contacts and industry experts.

- Manage a team of geographically and culturally diverse teams globally and a matrix of specialist, pre-sales and solutions sales team indirectly.

- Strong focus on building close relationships with in country sales teams, building engagement with the account teams.

- Working with NAS teams, solutions sales teams and deal team to execute the NAS growth agenda.

- Promote company's product roadmap to customers, securing interest and uptake in new products, services and solutions.

- Build understanding in the sales teams of the NAS capabilities to support early identification of opportunities in the region.

- Support Marketing in expanding - thought leadership' initiatives across the region, including customer events, building partnerships with - think-tanks' and governmental and non-governmental trade and business groups.

- Define processes and identify process improvement opportunities that may increase the team's effectiveness, improve business outcomes and/or result in continuous improvement.

The Successful Candidate :

- 15 - 20 years industry knowledge in ICT, ideally in management network services with at least 5 years experience of leading sales team in a foreign Telco in India or an Indian Telco.

- Experience of Telecom with strong infrastructure services background will be preferred.

- The incumbent must have ability to understand supplier relationships and how they can be influenced to secure optimum commercial outcomes for the company and our customers.

- Experience working for a 'challenger'' telecommunications organization, preferably in onsite locations like New York, San Francisco, London or such is desirable.

- Strong grasp of commercial principles and contract negotiations with Enterprise clients with understanding of selling solutions and services in the Enterprise segment.

- Comprehensive understanding of establishing and leading account management and new business sales teams and the allied marketing activities required to a high-energy sales team environment will be desirable.
