Director Engineering  Our client : Leading IT Product MNC, headquartered in US having offices across globe, serving fortune 500 customers.  Role : Director Engineering (Will Lead India Engineering Operation)  Location : Mumbai  (Only Candidates who are currently at Mumbai or looking to relocate to Only Mumbai)  Key responsibilities of role :  - Overall accountable for quality and execution, you will define, execute and monitor the day-to-day operations of one or more engineering functions for Customer Success.  - Define, execute and monitor the local operating plan based on the overall corporate strategy.  - Hiring and building a team of world class Talent.  - Provide effective leadership, management and mentoring  - Drive People, Process and Technology, suggest ways for continuous improvement  - Look forward and strategize, positioning the team to handle the company's growth.  - Identify opportunities to increase profitability and enhance service delivery.  Desired Experience :  - Overall 15+ years of relevant work experience with min 5+ years in a leadership role.  - Strong experience in software product development in a global software product company in a matrics reporting structure (US/Europe). Understanding of cultural diversity and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.  - A strong technical background, with experience identifying solutions that integrate Enterprise applications, SAAS or other complex services. Good experience in Microsoft technologies is desired.  - A well-documented list of accomplishments of providing strategic leadership resulting in marked improvements in product quality and time-to-deliver.  - Strong ability in people development, skilled in resource management and workload balancing.  - Ability to build collegiality and policy adherence in an evolving environment.
