Job Description -

- Managing the Demand Planning Function for the company end to end

- Liaise extensively with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics) to ensure that the business objectives are aligned to overall Planning Strategy

- Managing a team of demand planners that will be involved in studying external market conditions to develop a robust demand plan

The Successful Applicant

- 10 Years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Strategy Roles

- MBA from a Top Tier B School

- Prior experience of working in the ECommerce, Tech, Consumer Electronics Space

- Hands on experience in managing large volume of Data

- Team Management experience

- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
