- Analyze and identify disparities between the capacity plan and global demand plan. Identify significant business risks and escalate them to the appropriate leadership teams.  - Ensure global demand changes are communicated to each division's production plan.  - Trend demand and supply plan accuracy to drive continuous improvements.   - Provide action-based analytics of past performance and future opportunities to ensure alignment with plans and effective distribution of resources against goals.   - Lead team of professionals to develop and maintain accuracy of forecasts used across functional teams to drive operational decisions.   - Lead identification and design of improvement processes and systems related to demand planning.  - Lead demand planning team through all stages of the process ensuring accurate and actionable volume plans for new service launches  - Building demand planning team to analyze and trend demand and supply plan accuracy.  - Analyzing and identifying existing disparities between capacity plan and global demand plan.  - Presenting plan to executive management team on delivering an accurate forecast including risk/opportunities and gap closure plans.  - Designing team programs and procedures to ensure integrity and quality of departmental outputs.   - Overall 15 - 20 years of experience out of which at least 8-10 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain management.  - Minimum 5 years of managerial experience required.  - Advanced knowledge and full understanding of interdependencies of modeling, advanced econometric models, causal forecasting, 'what if' analysis of trends, base rates, and the interaction of brand trends, norms, and other economic factors.   - Ability to lead multi-functional activities, analyze large volumes of information, and resolve complex issues in rapidly changing environment.   - Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem solving skills.   - Adept at quickly assessing situations, identifying root cause of issues, and generating multiple ideas and solutions.  - Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple functions and multiple levels within the organization.  - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects.   - Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or Supply Chain required; Master's degree strongly preferred
