Grade: Director  Person with Proven Leadership skills, keen passion to build a great Business Process Services Practice in the area of Online & Software Product Support. Experience in handling large global teams (400+ associates) with multiple clients – P&L responsibility, people management, client management and driving transformation.   Client is one of the marquee companies in the Online world. The person is expected to manage a variety of processes across Customer Service, Complex Technical Support, Data & Catalogue Management etc spread across Global delivery centers in Americas, APAC & India.  Educational Background :  - Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering  - An MBA from top schools would be preferred  No of years of experience :  1. Overall Experience: > 14 years  2. Prefer 8 yrs atleast with Third Party providers. Similar experience in Consulting roles also considered  3. Experience in working in captives or clients in the area of Online & Software Products a must  4. Minimum # of years in People & Client Management role: 6 years  5. Should have been stable across different roles  Roles & Responsibilities:  1. Lead Global delivery for strategic client across multiple processes, majority in Online & Software Product Support  2. Global delivery across multiple delivery centers, managing a team of over 600 FTEs  3. Lead multiple pursuits & contract negotiations  4. Will be responsible for meeting revenue and profitability targets, client defined SLAs, quality & transformation targets  5. Reasonable amount of travel to be expected  Experience Required:  1. In the immediate past should have managed a BPO business of $15 - $20 M in revenue and at least 400+ FTEs or have multiple years of consulting experience  2. Must have strong experience managing complex Technical and Customer Support, preferably in Online & Software Product support.  3. Must have fair exposure to latest trends in technology including Social Media, Mobility and Cloud offerings  4. Expertise in People & Client Management, Contracting & negotiations  5. Very strong on managing service levels and quality management programs  6. Managed service delivery spread across multiple delivery centers. Exposure to managing delivery across global delivery centers will be preferred  7. Experience in delivery for multiple clients is an added advantage.  8. Experience in BPO Transitions & Solutions would be an added advantage  9. Strong financial acumen required  10. Been successful in a Matrix Organization
