Our client which happens to be a Fortune 400 company is looking for a Director-Practice Leader-Publishing/Research role for their business process services (Information, Media & Entertainment group) at Hyderabad.   Position Summary :   - Result oriented, effective, entrepreneurial & accountable leader with multi-functional experience and Proven Leadership skills, keen passion to build a great Business Process Services Practice in the area of Information / Content.   - Information business services unit is a key unit within the Information, Media & Entertainment group of the company.   - Practice leader's (PL) role is to help build differentiated solution and capabilities for the Information or Content clients of the company. PL's should have respected industry, domain, and solution expertise in information or content or research area.   - PL's provide thought leadership and define offerings, value proposition, and differentiation of our solutions. They will also maintain tight alignment with Company's Vertical Business strategies.   - PL will need to work closely with the Market Teams to define Business strategy, Understand what competitor offering is, decide what to sell and develop differentiation in our offerings. This would need ability to leverage domain, skill to understand client pain points, understanding of digital service offerings, drive automation using robotics and understanding of resource availability in a global distributed delivery.  - He / She should possess rich and varied experience having worked with the Strategy, Presales, Solutioning, Business Development, Sales, Transitions, Operations, Client Management, Service delivery with P&L management, Stakeholder management with ability to build highly motivated teams etc.   Skills Required :   - Ability to liaison with different levels and departments to get things executed in the best possible way   - Project design and delivery, resource allocation, operational management, Staffing and growth planning   - Customer Life-cycle Management Services   - Process oriented- Six Sigma certified   - Project management & Program management   - Business analysis, strategic plan development and implementation   - Executive presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution   Academics :   - Graduate/ Post Graduate   Experience :   - Overall Experience : 16 years   - Prefer 8 yrs at least with Third Party providers. Similar experience in Consulting roles also considered   - Minimum No of years in People & Client Management role : 6 years   - Experience in working in captives or clients in the area of Publishing / Research would be added advantage   - Should have been stable across different roles
