They are backed by major names in telecom and IT space.   Position: Director of Content Operations - Mobile Internet Portal  Education: Graduate in Journalism/ Literature  Experience: 6 - 8 Years  Location: Gurgaon  Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience (your current CTC should be 12 L+ to qualify)  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile:  - Looking for a passionate content manager, who is comfortable juggling multiple projects at the same time, has a knack of handling clients with ease and is a delivery focused individual.   - He/she will manage daily operations across all products, be responsible for content and operational strategy / road-map across different products / platforms.   - Understand daily user metrics and plan interventions to meet KPIs  - Responsible for partner management and on-boarding. Good understanding of back-end systems like CMS and other tools.   - Good understanding of products to ensure operational efficiencies are met while conceptualizing new products   - Should have 6-8 years of relevant experience. Ability to multi-task and manage different products simultaneously, Ability to handle large and multi-functional teams.   - Good leadership and inter personal skills. Strong content skills including language skills. Ability to interpret data and decide actions based on relevant data sets.
