Director - Consulting - Life Sciences (Process & Quality)  Our client is one of the top consulting company, providing end-to-end consulting services, from Strategy to execution and technology implementation, to the organizations across the globe.   Job Title : Director - Process & Quality Consulting (Life Sciences)  Role Purpose:  - Manage the Life Sciences Consulting requirements in such a way that the ongoing and future needs of Consulting delivery, Revenue targets are met.   - Provide a high level of expertise, technical support and consultation to the Life Sciences customers.   - Mentor and Lead the group of Consultants who are working for the Life Sciences customers and target getting Strategic Consulting opportunities for the practice.   Role Description:   - Life Sciences Industry Leader with complete understanding and hands on experience with the entire Product Life Cycle of Pharmaceutical Industry  - Lead the team who Understand and adhere to the Regulatory needs of the Life Sciences Industry, Policies, Procedures, Computerized System Validation concept and regional specific regulations such as USFDA, EMA, MHRA, ICH and Industry Good Practice guides such as PICS/GAMP  - Should be a Collaboration leader who should be able to manage direct relations with customer and internal stakeholders  - Proactive and result oriented  - Dynamic, motivated self- starter with excellent knowledge in the Life Sciences Industry   - Strive towards achieving targets and focus towards creating strategic consulting opportunities  - Responsible for the Consulting Delivery & Revenue target for the Life Sciences business of the practice  - Responsible together with the Practice Leaders in ensuring needed BU Enablement for the Life Sciences vertical related business  - Mentoring the team to target wide spectrum of consulting businesses  - Collaborate with the related business units to explore consulting business for the practice  - Focus on Transformational/Strategic business opportunities for the practice  Education/Experience:  - About 20 years of relevant work experience in Life Sciences IT/Regulatory Compliance/Life Sciences Consulting space  - Master Degree in Science/Pharmacy or Bachelor degree in Engineering with more than 15 years of experience in the Life Sciences IT experience   - GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, USFDA,EMA, MHRA, ICH and GAMP knowledge  - System Development Life Cycle and Agile Knowledge  - Knowledge in CoBIT, RiskIT, ITIL, ISO9000, PMBok, Six Sigma  - Knowledge in the following business functions of Life Sciences: Clinical Research, Pre-Clinical Research, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing   - Able to manage direct relations with Internal and Customer stakeholders   - PMP, CISA, ISO 9000/27001 QMS, RAPS certified
