Job Title: Director – Cloud Hosting & Datacenter Operations

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Gurgaon, required to travel to US

Experience: 15-20 yrs of relevant exp

Shift Timings: EST Hours

Visa Availability- Valid B1, H1 B preferred

Summary:

This role has the primary responsibility of leading the Cloud Hosting, Datacenter & Remote Managed Infrastructure Services operations. The individual will also develop the strategy for service delivery; prepare and execute plans and play a key role in identifying new business opportunities in existing accounts and foster an innovative and productive work environment

Function:

- To Head the Cloud & Hosting Services/Managed Services Datacenter.

- Responsible for deployment of hosted application services

- Support implementation & upgrade projects with key partners including data centers.

Knowledge, Experience, Education:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong Techno-Commercial/ Business Orientation and Cost Sensitive with ability to balance decisions between Automation / People & Infrastructure Availability.

- Strong Leadership/ Team Building / Decision Making attribute

- Strong Leadership/ Team Building / Decision Making attribute

- Expertise in Defining Process and ensure the implementation within the Service Delivery

Organization; exposure to ITIL Best Practices is necessary

- Datacenter Migration/Consolidation experience will be an advantage

- Technology appreciation in the areas of: Storage – SAN, NAS, DAS, Networks – LAN, WAN, Cloud Infrastructure, Virtualization.

- Available on 24 x 7 basis in the event of emergencies and should be contactable after office hours.

- Excellent exposure to Cloud Computing & Virtualization
