- Develop and deliver a retailer work plan that champions the customer and drives sustained growth through partnership with manufacturers
- Deliver brilliant work that is clearly measured and the commercial value of organization is communicated to the retailer
- Embed global organization solutions into the retailer and champion key innovations that can be rolled out creating additional value for the retailer and their customers
- Develop strong relationships with client contacts to ensure the relevance, timeliness and quality of organization deliveries
- Manage and support a team to build their capability by providing coaching and feedback, ensuring that they feel engaged and motivated
- Apply technical and organisational knowledge to identify improvement opportunities/efficiencies
- Input into internal capability development to meet the needs of the retailer and manufacturer to deliver growth
