About our Client - Our client is a fast growing MNC Financial Services firm. With expansion in their global business, an excellent opportunity has come up as Director - Capital Market Operations for their captive centre based in India supporting Investment Banking product teams based in US, UK and EU. They are looking for seasoned professional with around 15 years of experience to join their team as Director managing a large team.

Job Description - Reporting into Managing Director & Global Head

- Product Solutions, you would be responsible for managing large team supporting global team capital market operations like counterparty loans, corporate action etc.

- You would be supporting business across geographies including US, UK, EU, LatAm and other emerging markets and would also be responsible for driving change initiatives and process excellence.

- You would be managing relationship with business heads and other senior stakeholders along with executing business strategy across the division.

The Successful Candidate :

- You would be an MBA/ Masters from a premier institute with around 15 years experience in Investment Banking Operations in areas like fixed income, counterparty loan operations or corporate action.

- You should have managed a large team (~100 to 200 people) in a global environment working closely with senior stakeholders.

- Deep technical understanding of fixed income products or leveraged loan market operations and awareness of industry standards and best practices.

- Proven ability to work in high pressure environment managing senior global stakeholders.
