Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.  Need someone from Training and coaching industry.   Duties and Responsibilities :   - Identifying Potential Markets, Developing Potential Clients in the Targeted Markets.   - Synthesizes Multiple Sources of Information to Develop a Coherent Understanding of Market Opportunities, Emerging Customer Needs and the Competitive Landscape.   - Increase Market Share by Identifying & Developing the Appropriate Markets, Sales & Distribution Channels and Alliances in Targeted Cities /Countries.   - Develop, Coordinate and Help, Implement Long and Mid-term Plans for Entering New Cities/Countries.  - Overseeing Sales Activities; forecasting Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets. Maximizing the Profit in Assigned Region or Country  - Developing Channel Specific Sales - Plans that are consistent with overall Company Strategy.   - Develop Sales Strategies to support the Company's Growth Plan. Drive New Product/Product Line/Category introductions through the launch phase, including Testing/Compliance/Packaging Standards in consultation with respective teams.   - Sourcing new clients for business in Corporate Market, Institutions & Startup Companies.  - Managing Marketing Operations for Achieving Increased Growth & Top-line Profitability; Establishing Global Linkages as well as Initiating Market Development Efforts.   - Identifying Market Opportunities, Developing Business Cases and Delivering a Successful Product.   - Devising Effective Strategy with a view to achieve Profitability of the Organization, Implementing Sales and Promotion Reporting Tools to yield actionable information - Analyze Competitor & Industry Trends within the Region.   Skills and Abilities :   Brand Management / Trade Marketing Skills : Commercial Skills, Financial skills. Excellent Customer Relationship Skills. - Domain experience / expertise in related industry/service line.
